摘 要 本文首先对于中国的中药出口现状进行了简要的分析与介绍，论文通过对中药出口对国内经济的影响，发展进程，用数据详细的体现了近些年来中药出口的方向，市场销售、以及从产品品种结构的出口数额等方面来展现中药出口目前的情况与前景。接下来，论文探讨了中药出口中存在的问题，绿色贸易壁垒的存在造成了中药出口的缓慢发展，并分析了对于中药无法打入欧洲市场，甚至无法有一品种的中药能在欧洲注册的状况以及未来的发展存在的隐患，更进一步的分析了未来的国际市场存在的残酷竞争。最后，论文提出了应对问题的对策及中药国际化的策略。从如何应对国际各国家在进口方面对中药的质量、提炼技术等各方面的要求的方法、知识产权保护、国家法律、国家宏观调整策略、包装技术、药性药效宣传、甚至是营销策略方面，尤其论文中提出中医药在出口时以中国国粹文化、养生理念做为后盾、阐述西药局限性的同时，从内心深处触动人们改变机械化的健康理念，转变为一种全新的健康理念，从而扩大中药的国际影响力。本文的目的是使中药开拓出一条全新的国际化发展道路提供相应的对策。 关键词：中药 出口 问题 发展对策 Abstract This paper focuses on the current situation of the export of the Chinese herbal medicine (CHM) and makes a brief analysis and description on it. Firstly, it shows the development of the CHM market and its influence on the domestic economy. Secondly, it shows the directions of the export of the CHM and the ways of marketing. Besides, it reflects the prospect of the export of CHM through the products’ amount and the structure with detailed data. Following, the paper concentrates on the problems about the export of CHM and the development. The existence of the Green Trade Barrier is the reason why export of the CHM develops slowly. At the same time, it is argued that why the CHM can’t enter the European market, which even can’t be registered in European. It makes a further analysis on the cruel competition of the export of CHM in international market. At last, this paper comes up with many solutions to the problems and the strategy of the internationalization of the CHM. Especially, while put forward exporting the CHM backed by Chinese quintessence and philosophy of health, present the limitation of the western medicine. We urge people change their mechanized health concept into a brand new health concept, then expanding the international influence of the CHM. The aim of this passage is to provide a corresponding strategy for the international development of CHM.
