At the same time, the agricultural production cooperation was to promote industrial structure optimization and transformation of the pattern of economic development and the urgent need of regional economic transformation and upgrading. This study analyzed the Lv Liang city agricultural basis, current situation and existing problems of industry-university-institute cooperation and optimization of production-study-research cooperation countermeasure, proposed the government guidance, policy support and so on to fully organize, agricultural economic organizations to give full play to the dominant position in industry-university-institute cooperation, form the industry-university-institute cooperation alliance, set up mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation mode, continuously strengthen the key competitiveness of agricultural economic organization, make contributions to new rural construction and agricultural modernization.
