1200t/d焦化废水处理工程设计 张汉德 摘要 本设计是1200t/d焦化废水的处理设计,在本设计的原水含有化学需氧量CODCr为2800-4000mg/L,生化需氧量BOD5800-1200mg/L,悬浮物SS200-500mg/L, pH6-9, 氨氮NH3+-N300-800mg/L。处理后水质要求达到《污水综合排放标准》。 本设计选定了A2/O(厌氧—缺氧—好氧)处理工艺对焦化废水进行处理。通过格栅、气浮浮选去除油粒等杂质,然后再通过 A2/O 生化法进行脱氮处理,生化出水进入混凝反应器进一步去除COD,经过后续的平流沉淀池和混凝沉淀池处理后,保证出水水质符合要求。而污泥则统一交于专业的环保公司处理。 经过处理后,出水将会达到化学需氧量CODC=60mg/;生化需氧量BOD5=20mg/L;悬浮物SS=20mg/L;氨氮NH3+-N =15mg/L;pH =6-9。符合本设计要求的标准。 通过设计计算确定了各构筑物的尺寸以及设备的选型,对系统的操作和控制做出说明,并对此项目投资及运行费用作出了概算。 经过计算,本设计的土建费用达到134832.48元元元 关键:1200t/d of coking wastewater treatment engineering design Zhang Hande Abstract The design is 1200t / d of coking wastewater treatment design, in the design of the raw water contains a chemical oxygen demand CODCr for 2800-4000mg / L, biochemical oxygen demand BOD5 800-1200mg / L, suspended solids SS 200-500mg / L, pH6 -9, ammonia NH3+-N 300-800mg / L.
