Prostheses were installed after operation in 3一6 months [Results] After 6 implants were placed in the sockets, the wounds healed without any inflammation. Implant-supported prostheses performed normal function for 3一12 months. No failure of implantation was found[Conclusion] The indication for immediate implantation should be strictly confined. The alveolar bone must be protected from injury during placement of the implants. The bone volume around the implant must be assured to be sufficient. The wounds of socket were sutured closely without tension by relaxing the soft tissue flaps Key words: BLB dental implants; Aesthetic Zone; Immediate Implantation 近二十多年来，人工种植牙技术已经成为口腔界发展最快、最令人兴奋的一门学科。根据种植方式可分为延期种植和即刻种植。即刻种植是在拔除牙齿的同时对拔牙窝进行适当修整之后立即植人种植体。由于即刻种植的诸多优点，其被称为21世纪口腔种植的发展方向。 传统上，柱状种植体被认为适用于无牙颌、下颌后牙、延期种植，而根形种植体被认为适用于上前牙及即刻种植【1】。随着植骨技术的成熟，近年，我们尝试采用中荷合作的BLB柱状喷涂羟基磷灰石(HA)种植系统对上颌前牙缺失行即刻种植，并设计临床观察与放射学检查，以探讨其正确的处理方法。现将我们对本项目的一些初步观察结果报告如下。 1．材料与方法 1．1病例选择：外伤性牙折不能作牙髓
