本 科 毕 业 论 文 我国企业社会责任会计信息披露影响因素实证研究—基于沪市生物制药行业 2008-2011年数据 Research on the nformation Disclosure about Influence Factors of Social Responsibility Accounting in China--Based on the Data of Shanghai Stock Market from 2008 to 2011-- Biological Pharmacy 学 院： 专业班级： 学生姓名： 学 号： 0800000 指导教师： （副教授） 201 年 月 毕业论文中文摘要 我国社会责任会计信息披露影响因素实证研究—基于沪市生物制药行业2008-2011年数据 摘 要：社会责任会计信息披露一直是人们研究的对象，但是其影响因素是直接关系着上市公司披露信息的关键，影响着一个行业甚至整个社会的企业社会责任会计信息披露的履行情况。本文利用SPSS、EXCEL软件，通过描述性分析、相关性分析和回归分析法，以我国沪市生物制药行业为研究对象，分析社会责任会计披露的影响因素。研究发现、和国有股比例与社会责任会计信息披露水平呈相关性。 关键词：生物制药社会责任 毕业论文外文摘要 Research on the Information Disclosure about Influence Factors of Social Responsibility Accounting in China--Based on the Data of Shanghai Stock Market from 2008 to 2011-- Biological Pharmacy Abstract: Social responsibility accounting information disclosure has been studied, but its impact factor is the disclosure of information of listed companies has a close relationship with the key that affects an industry and even the society as a whole of the implementation of corporate social responsibility accounting information disclosure.In this paper,using SPSS EXCEL software,through descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis method,to Shanghai biopharmaceutical industry in China as the research object,the empirical analysis the influence factors of the social responsibility accounting disclosure.Study found that total assets ratio and the proportion of state-owned shares and relevance to the social responsibility accounting information disclosure level.
