This paper first describes the current situation of small and medium generality of logistics enterprises, the definition of e-commerce and its impact on small and medium logistics enterprises; several common application model of e-commerce; then cited application mode selection process and basis; then according to level analysis and gray comprehensive evaluation, modeling, problem solving, proposed to meet the actual e-commerce applications for SMEs mode selection methods and implementation strategies; provides strategic advice in the end, the development of SMEs in e-commerce application model papers. Various e-commerce application mode has its own advantages and development, small and medium logistics companies only select the appropriate application mode, through continuous improvement in all aspects, in order to withstand the test of the market. In general, small and medium enterprises must develop e-commerce logistics, select the appropriate application mode, allowing e-commerce to a new level of energy level.
