In such circumstances , the establishment of a comprehensive parts management system becomes very necessary. This thesis aims at how to optimize the parts management system to reduce the cost to create the maximum economic benefits for enterprise in the actual production processes of a manufacturer of hydraulic excavators. The original parts management system in production is a management mode that just suit a small factory , only establish a scientific and rational management system which is connecting with the world can the enterprise really win the market starting from the details. A scientific and rational parts management system requires to combine the actual production processes, specify the post and job functions, weaken the independence of each sector, and emphasize the unity and cooperation in the process of work, so that each worker is busy on the job without being chaotic. So as to form a perfect management system.
