□Q 合同登记编号： □CNAS 文件编号：UI-□E-R-603 E/0 Contract Registration No.□UKAS Document No:. □S 管理体系认证合同 Certification Contract of Management Systems 北京联合智业认证有限公司 Beijing United Intelligence Certification Co., Ltd. 委 托 方（甲方） Entrusting party (Party A) 认 证 方（乙方） 北 京 联 合 智 业 认 证 有 限 公 司 Certification Body (Party B) Beijing United Intelligence Certification Co., Ltd. 依据《中华人民共和国合同法》之规定，合同双方就管理体系认证项目协商一致，签订本合同。 In light of the provisions of the Contract Law of the Peoples Republic of China, the two parties to this contract have reached unanimity through consultation and entered into agreement on the certification project. 一、内容和要求Contents and requirements: 1. 总则General 乙方为甲方提供第三方管理体系认证/注册服务，按照约定的要求审核通过后对甲方的管理体系进行注册发证；甲方为乙方的认证/审核活动提供必要的信息和设施。 Party B will provide third-party management system certification/registration service to Party A and issues the management system certificate to Party A once Party A is found through audit to meet the agreed requirements.
