摘要 电池作为一种常见的日用品深入到我们的生活。它的种类繁多,按照使用次数可以分为:一次性电池和充电电池。根据材料,可分为:锌锰电池、碱锰电池、锂电池、镍电池、燃料电池及太阳能电池等。根据用途可分为:一般电池、车载电池、手机电池等。本设计只针对7号电池. 本设计为废旧电池拆解机,它可以一次性将7号电池的碳棒,内部物质,电池皮一次分开,它的工作流程简单,并是一次性对电池分解,每两秒钟分解一枚电池,效率较高,无污染,分解出的三种物质可以自动分开,并分别处理。 然而7号电池作为一种结构较为复杂的东西,在没有人工的处理下,很难再将其进行更为细化的拆分处理,本设计将电池也仅能拆分出三部分。这也是电池在拆分这个领域很难完成的一个技术难点。 此次设计的重点在于效率的提高,和分解的成功率上。这两点的提高将能够很大程度上解决电池对环境的污染,和再回收利用。 关键词:7号电池; 污染; 回收利用; Abstract Battery as a common commodity in-depth to our lives. Its a wide range, according to frequency of use can be divided into: single cells and rechargeable batteries. According to materials, can be divided into: battery, alkaline manganese batteries, lithium battery, nickel battery, fuel cells and solar batteries. According to use can be divided into: general batteries, car batteries, cell phone batteries. This design is used batteries dismantling machine, it can be a one-time battery to 7 carbon rod, the internal material, a separate battery skin, its work flow is simple and one-time battery decomposition, decomposition of a battery every two seconds, high efficiency, no pollution, decomposition of the three substances can be automatically separated and treated separately. However, the battery 7 as a more complex structure of things, in the absence of manual processing, it is difficult then a more detailed split of its processing, the design of the battery has only a three-part split. This is also the battery is difficult to split this field to complete a technical difficulty. The design focuses on efficiency, and success rate of decomposition. These two points will be able to resolve much of the battery to improve the environmental pollution, and recycled.
