Asphalt concrete pavement premature diseases mainly include moisture damage and rutting damage, etc. Internal performance?early diseases?is mainly to reduce?adhesion?between asphalt and aggregate, but diseases are caused by many factors, such as the defects of pavement structure itself, the rapidly expansion of traffic, the scale of vehicles and the large temperature difference in summer and winter, the climate changing, etc. So, it is impossible ?to solve the problem of early diseases from a single solution. the prevention of early diseases?has foresight,?prospective,?initiative, rationality.?This paper expounded the development process of high grade highway in China, analyzed the mechanism of production of various kinds of premature diseases of asphalt concrete, and put forward the comprehensive prevention and control measures of premature diseases.
