热熔压敏胶的合成与性能研究
摘 要
热熔压敏胶是以热塑性聚合物为主的胶黏剂,它兼有热熔和压敏双重特性,涂胶时必须将胶加热熔化(一般为150―200℃),在熔融状态下进行涂抹,冷却中固化,固化后施加轻度指压就能起到粘接作用。它的应用范围很广,目前已用于尿布、妇女用品、双面胶带、标签、包装、医疗卫生、书籍装订、表面保护膜、木材加工、壁纸及制鞋、标签纸及地毯粘接等方面,也可制作纸基或布基的胶黏带,其中,包装用HMPSA消费量最大,几乎占总量的一半,是无溶剂型压敏胶黏剂中发展较快的几个品种之一。
本文针对热熔压敏胶的初黏力、持黏力、剥离强度三大压敏性能进行研究,目的是设计研究出一种具有一定初黏力,一定剥离强度,较强持黏力的热熔压敏胶,在这个基础上,最好能具有耐高温性能。

Synthesis and properties of hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive research
Abstract
Hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is a thermoplastic polymer-based adhesive. It has both hot melt and pressure-sensitive double feature. it must be heated to melt when gluing (typically 150-200 ℃).To smear over in the molten state,Cooling in the solidification, Light finger pressure applied after curing can play a role of adhesive .It is widely used in many area, such as it has been used in diapers, womens products, double-sided adhesive tape, labels, packaging, health, book binding, surface protection film, wood processing, wallpaper and footwear, and carpet adhesive label paper , and so on. It can also be made of paper-based or cloth adhesive tape. Of which the largest consumer packaging is hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive, accounting for almost half of the total. In this article, I research for the beginning Adhesion, holding adhesion and the peel strength of the hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive (HMPSA). My objective is to design developed a new HMPSA. It has the beginning Adhesion, the holding adhesion and a strongly peel strength. On this basis, it is better to have good high temperature resistant performance.
