Subject  :Evaluation and Application of Coal Mine’s Emergency Rescue Capabilities Based on SEM Model Specialty :Safety Technology and Engineering Name  :Shi Yu  (Signature) Instructor :Li Shugang  (Signature) ABSTRACT The coal mine’s production industry is still a high-risk industry in our country, there is always existing the safety hazard as well as the happening of the accidents, so the producing situation of the coal mine is still grim. Facing with the accidents, how can we improve the emergency response capability of the coal mine and reducing the number of casualties has became the important guarantee for the sustainable development of coal mine’s enterprises. A large number of results have shown, improving the emergency response capability of coal mine not only can reduce casualties and property losses, but also can reducing the impact area significantly. Based on the characteristics of the coal mine, from the whole process of coal mine’s production, we have a deep understanding of the connotation about the emergency response capability of coal mine, we analyze the factors and establish the main factors which impact on the emergency response capability. The main factors are emergency prevention capability, emergency preparation capability, emergency response capability, and emergency recovery capability. Through analyzing the four factors, eleven assumptions are put forward, and the conceptual model is also established. Based on the international scale, combining the established index system, the questionnaire with 31 questions is made. The survey about questionnaire is executing in Shaanxi coal mine, we use the SPSS16.0 softeware to calculate the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, the result have shown that the reliability and validity is acceptable, the data can be used in further research.
