Private enterprise bank，Small and Micro businesses bank is its business location， Min-Sheng Bank started to explore the Small and Mirco credit business as early as 2008 and achieved certain results. At the same time ， more and more banking institutions join the competition. The study shows that: (1)The overall technical efficiency value of Minsheng Jinan branches 0.601， it means that Jinan branch technical efficiency is 60.1% of the optimal decision unit， further analysis shows that Jinan branch need to compress the credit fund turnover days， reduce the adverse Small and micro businesses loans ratio. (2) The pure technical efficiency of Jinan branch ascension fast during 2010 to 2013， and since 2011 it has been the leading position of the sample banks ， it shows that the financial services technology and measures of Jinan branch ahead of the other banks. (3) The Jinan branch scale efficiency increased, with Minsheng Bank Credit stock situation， it indicates Jinan branch needs to further increase the small micro enterprise credit scale. Through the above analysis, we defined the problems and causes of Jinan branch small micro enterprise credit business, the corresponding improvement suggestions are proposed from three aspects of credit customers, credit products, credit team.
