Classified Index: U.D.C:  CODE: 10075 NO: A Dissertation for the Degree of M.TCSOL TCFL teachers professionalism and ability to enhance research —In the Case of Thailand Prachin Buri public Jiamin school practice Candidate：Wang Jiejing Supervisor： Prof. Wang Yuexin Academic Degree Applied for：MTCSOL Specialty：Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages University：Hebei University Date of Oral Examination： June， 2013 March, 2013 摘 要  摘  要  世界范围内的“汉语热”以及我国汉语国际推广事业“走出去”战略的不断推进， 进一步提高了对我国对外汉语教师的要求。在海外任教的汉语教师，不仅要向世人介绍 底蕴深厚的汉语，也要向各国人民传播博大精深的中国文化，代表的是我国的形象，传 递的是我国的和平友好信息，可谓使命重大。 在这一前提下，我们官方针对外派汉语教师（汉语教师志愿者）的培训工作必须有 针对性，实用性；有志于从事海外汉语教学工作的人士也应有所侧重地充实自身学识、 提高各方面能力，以便能更好的胜任海外汉语教学工作。 本文依据新《国际汉语教师标准》，结合自己的实践经历主要从汉语教学基础、汉 语教学方法、教学组织与课堂管理、中华文化传播、跨文化交际和职业素养六个方面， 进行外派汉语教师职业素养及能力提升的研究。解释外派汉语教师职业素养的内涵及能 力构成的同时，通过分析泰国汉语教学现状及任教工作实践期间发现的赴泰汉语教师教 学实践中职业素养及能力存在的问题，得出提升赴泰汉语教师职业素养及能力的对策。 通过具体、真实的案例分析，对亲身经验的总结或教训的反思，在外派汉语教师的职业 素养及能力提升方面得出科学合理、切实可行、对后人有借鉴意义的结论，同时为对外 汉语教学事业提供丰富的研究素材。 关键词：汉语教师 职业素养 能力 提升 I Abstract Abstract “Chinese fever” in the world within our Chinese international promotion of the cause of going out strategy of constantly advancing, to further improve the foreign language teachers in China.
