County administrative supervision is an important part of the national democratic administration in construction. County administrative supervision plays an important monitoring role in modern administrative management. Chinas county-level administrative supervision theory and practice has made a great considerable progress since the reform and opening up. The current society is now in the transition period, and the traditional planned economy to the market economy system resulted in the change of the reform and the function across the country at all levels of government organs. The theory and methods of administrative supervision should also carry out reform and innovation to keep pace with the times. In this paper, through the research on the county-level administrative supervision, we try to study the existing problems in the process of the reform of the administrative system in the county administrative supervision. Make some Analysis from different angles, and try to find some measures conducive to further improve the mechanism of supervision and administration at county level in order to raise the efficiency of the administrative supervisi
