PAGE 摘 要 在我国的一些国有企业，特别是一些重工企业，生产管理是仍然按照传统的模式进行，生产管理流程比较落后，而不注意生产线的时间研究，所以我们很有必要在生产管理中引入生产线宽放时间研究，同时对企业进行生产流程再造，使企业的性能指标和业绩得到巨大的改善。本课题是基于工作抽样的车轮生产线宽放时间研究，通过采取工作抽样的方法，对大连机车厂车轮生产线进行实地观测，收集车轮生产线工序机器和操作者的瞬时作业状态数据作为研究依据，对车轮生产线的宽放时间进行研究。参考资料掌握宽放时间的概念分类以及获取方法和工作抽样的实施步骤等，做好前期准备工作。确定调研目标，选取合理的样本框及样本单元，确定观测项目并设计好观测表格，制定好观测路径，计算好调查的次数等。对生产线工序进行随机抽样调查并记录好数据。调研结束后，对数据进行统计整理，确定生产线宽放率，检查宽放率的符合度，根据现场调查所收集到的数据与信息，按照“5W1H”法对结果进行分析，找出存在的问题并提出改善的措施，为企业优化生产管理，提高生产效率提供参考。 关键词：车轮生产线 工作抽样 宽放时间 “5W1H”法 ABSTRACT Some of the state-owned enterprise in our country, especially some heavy industry enterprises, the production management is in accordance with the traditional mode, still, production management process is relatively backward, and do not pay attention to the time study production line, so we are necessary put wide time study into production management in production line, at the same time for enterprise production process engineering, make the enterprise performance index and performance get a huge improvement.
