青藏高原藏药沙棘化学成分与生态因子相关性研究 摘要:目的:考察青藏高原地区沙棘化学成分含量与生态因子的相关性, 探讨生态因子的与沙棘品质的关系。方法:应用1H-NMR对沙棘中苹果酸、葫芦巴碱等5种化学成分进行含量测定,根据实地调查获取的经度、纬度、海拔数据与从TCMGSI-分析系统平台获得不同产地的平均湿度、活动积温、日照、年降水量、年均温、7月平均温度、1月平均温度等7个生态因子数据,通过双变量相关分析、逐步回归分析方法,分析沙棘化学成分含量与生态因子之间的相关性。结果:影响沙棘药材中各化学成分的主要生态因子为七月平均温、日照时数、经度、年降水量、活动积温。结论:七月平均温、日照时数、经度影响沙棘化学成分累积的主要因素,这对沙棘资源的可持续开发利用、栽培具有重要的意义。 关键词:青藏高原 沙棘 化学成分 生态因子 相关性 Correlative study between chemical constituents and ecological factors of Hippophae rhamnoides L . of Tibetan Plateau Su Yongwen1,Tan Er1, Liu Chuan1,Zhao Caiyun1,Jiang Daofeng2, Zhang Yi1 (1. College of Pharmacy, Chengdu Un iversity of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chengdu 611137, China;) Abstract: Objective: To investigate the correlation between ecological factors of the Tibetan Plateau of Hippophae rhamnoides L.,and chemical components contents.Methods:1H-NMR was established to analyze the contents of five chemicals(Malic acid,Trigonelline, etc.) .Based on the field survey to obtain the longitude,latitude and elevation data.Data of 7 ecological factors,including average humidity, active accumulated temperature,sunshine duration,annual precipitation,annual average temperature,average temperature in July and January, were obtained from the Analysis System of TCMGSI-Ⅱ.And then,the relationship of chemical compounds and ecological factors were analyzed by bivariate correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis. Results:In Hippophae rhamnoides L.,average temperature in July,sunshine duration, longitude,annual precipitation and active accumulated temperature are principal factors that influencing on chemical components. Conclusions:Average temperature in July,sunshine duration and longitude are primary factors influencing accumulation of chemical compounds in Hippophae rhamnoides L.,which is of great importance to sustainable development and utilization of Hippophae rhamnoides L. resources.
