Liver Meridian of Foot-Jueyin Lecturer: Li Lin Liver (LR) Meridian of Foot-Jueyin Starting place: the big toe Pertaining organ: liver Connecting organ:Gallbladder Terminating place: the costal and hypochondriac region external genitalia 阴器（外生殖器） Points on the Liver (LR) Meridian of Foot-Jueyin The liver meridian travels from the foot to the abdomen, and it has a totally of 14 acupoints. The first point is Dadun(LR 1) and the last is Qimen(LR 14). （四）腧穴 本经共14穴：大敦、行间、太冲、中封、蠡沟、中都、膝关、曲泉、阴包、足五里、阴廉、急脉、章门、期门。 （重点掌握3穴） Summary of indications diseases in the areas like the tip of the head, lip, lower belly, external genitalia, eyes, liver, and gallbladder. dysmenorrhea, testitis, headache, facial paralysis, biliary tract infection, hepatitis. Taichong(LR 3)太冲（输穴；原穴） Location： On the dorsum of the foot, in the depression distal to junction of the first and second metatarsal bones. Indications: 镇静降压Apoplexy, epilepsy, insanity, wind in children induced by fright, headache, dizziness, tinnitus, deviation of the mouth, pharyngeal pain, 泌尿生殖系疾病irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea, metrorrhagia, leukorrhea, 疏肝利胆jaundice, hypochondriac pain, abdominal distention, vomiting, Needling method: Perpendicular insertion 0.5-0.8 cun. 太冲穴又称“消气穴”，人在生气后按此穴，有消气作用。可缓解人因生气引起的一些疾病。 ?现代常用于治疗脑血管病、高血压、青光眼、面神经麻痹、癫痫、肋间神经痛、月经不调、下肢瘫痪等。太冲穴配合谷穴称为四关穴，主治头痛、眩晕、小儿惊风、口喎等。 Qimen(LR 14)期门（肝募穴） Location： In the 6th intercostal space, below the nipple Indications: Chest and hypochondriac pain and fullness, vomiting, acid regurgitation, hiccups, abdominal distension, diarrhea, “Ben-tun” syndrome (“running piglet qi”), acute mastitis.肝胆病要穴 Needling method: Oblique insertion 0.5-0.8 cun. 足厥阴肝经小结 1、经脉循行： 体表：起于足大趾外侧端，从足背经内踝前，沿胫骨内侧上行，在内踝上8寸交到脾经的后面，再沿大腿内侧中间上行，绕阴器，经小腹，止于乳头下第六肋间。 体内：属肝，络胆，连目系，与督脉会于巅顶。支脉从目系下颊部，环口唇。肝部支脉上膈，注入肺中。 联系脏腑器官：肝、胆、胃、肺、阴器、目、咽喉、口唇。 2、取穴要点： 当第一跖骨间隙的后方凹陷处取太冲。 侧腹部，当第十一肋游离端的下方取章门。 乳头直下，第6肋间隙，前正中线旁开4寸取期门。 3、主治要点 肝胆病：胁痛，黄疸，目赤肿痛
