This report will require annual update. The columns of the report begin with the descriptive information for the category, department, fund, program, class, project, and account. Each of the data columns references the ledger ACTUALS, Posted Total Amount, the timespan YTD, and the account. The difference in each report data column is on this account field. The columns each reference account from the MED_COST_REPORT_VA tree. Each column references a distinct group of accounts. The columns show Inventory, Insurance, Retirement, and Salary Supplement. second hidden column references the ORG_BD ledger, Posted Total Amount reverse sign and timespan YTDBUDCUR. The first displayed data column is called REVISED BUDGET and is a calculated total. The rows of the report are divided into categories that match rows on the cost report.. Within each category are rows for specific chartfield combinations department, fund, program, etc . e row criteria include the business unit EACMC from the CONSOL_BUROLLUP tree. The Program Code, the Class Field, the Department Id, the Fund Code and the Project Id are unique specified detail values per row. At the end of each category is a subtotal for that section. At the bottom of the report, there is a section for non-reimbursable cost centers. The last row of the report is a grand total row. Report Example: .
