Effort Reporting Variance Report Reconciliation The variance report is available in Spiderweb as part of the effort certification process. Once the effort report form has been certified and the pay data uploaded (including 3rd Party Pay if required), administrators are able to see and comment on the variance report. /spiderweb/home.cfm Click-‘Effort Administrative’ First select the appropriate effort reporting cycle. View By clicking on the Variance / View you will see a list of individuals in your department/management center with a variance of at least 5% on one or more line items.
