湖 南 科 技 大 学 毕 业 设 计（论 文） 题 目生态视角下家禽物流模式 优化研究——以祁阳县为例 作 者苏定 学 院商学院 专 业物流管理 学 号1115080208指导教师罗迎 二〇一五年五月三十一日摘 要 随着经济的发展和生活水平的提高，人们对于食品质量的要求也越来越高，消费观念也从过去的温饱型逐渐转变为现在追求“安全、营养、新鲜”。近年来，禽流感频发，家禽食品安全问题已经成为了全社会的热点话题。活禽物流是产生禽流感的重要原因，逐渐被市场淘汰；而白条禽冷链物流作为解决我国家禽食品安全问题的有效途径和方法，将逐步被市场和消费者所认可和接受。 本文首先总结了家禽物流现状，分析了现有家禽物流模式存在的问题 ；探讨白条禽冷链物流模式，并以祁阳县快乐人家禽养殖公司为例，就家禽传统活禽物流模式和白条禽冷链物流模式进行预测比较，最后提出家禽物流模式优化的对策建议。 关键词：食品安全问题；禽流感；白条禽；冷链物流；家禽物流模式优化 PAGE ii ABSTRACT With the development of economy and the improvement of living standards, people also more and more high to the requirement of food quality, consumption concept also gradually transforms the subsistence from the past to the present the pursuit of safety, nutrition and fresh.In recent years, the frequent occurrence of avian influenza, poultry food safety problem has become a hot topic of the whole society.Live poultry logistics is important reasons for bird flu, and gradually eliminated by the market;And white birds cold-chain logistics as an effective way to solve the problem of poultry food safety and methods, will gradually recognized and accepted by the market and consumers.
