In recent years, Chinas private enterprises access to faster development; the overall scale is continually expanding; operating areas is also continuously expanding and enterprise management level improves steadily. Private enterprises are playing an important role on Chinas economic development and social stability. But generally speaking, the development of private enterprises is still facing many problems. The most important issue is the difficulty in financing, which is a necessary condition in enterprise production and business activities. The difficult problem of financing has been restricting the development of the private enterprises all the time, it have already become the biggest bottleneck of development of the private enterprises. This thesis mainly launches the discussion around the difficult problem of financing of the private enterprises. This paper expounds characteristics of the financing in Chinas private enterprises, analyses present conditions of the financing, and then discusses the impact of the difficulties of financing in Chinas private enterprises to the government and themselves. At the same time, the article also analyses the reasons of that, such as private enterprises’ own financing obstacles, lagging behind the reform of state-owned banks, the unsatisfactory development of financial institutions and direct financing system is not perfect, etc. Finally, according to private enterprises themselves, government policies, financial environment for Chinas private enterprises and the reality of the environment, this paper has a sample discussion on how to develop the financing channel of private enterprises.
