HRD- Tianye outdoor (BD) Co., Ltd  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 23 Year- 2015 / Rev-01 HRD-Tianye outdoor (BD) Co., Ltd  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1 Year- 2015 / Rev-01 LEAVE POLICY请假制度 OBJECTIVES目的 To communicate to the employees that the types of leave available for them and to attend to their personal needs and also to re-energize themselves.给员工提供请假或休假的操作指导,以合理安排假期,提振员工士气。 OPERATING AUTHORITIES授权操作部门 2.1 HR Head, Managers人力资源部门领导、经理 2.2 Supervisors, Departmental Heads, Managers, Reporting Officers主管,部门领导,经理,专员。 2.3 Top Management 高层管理者。 LEAVE YEAR APPLICABILITY年休假 3.1 1st January to 31st December of each calendar year.每日历年度的1.1-12.31日 4.0 TYPES OF LEAVES请假的分类 4.1 Earned Leave (EL)年休假 - 17 days (maximum)最多17天 4.2 Casual Leave (CL)事假 - 10 days (maximum) 最多10天 4.3 Sick Leave (SL)病假 - 10 days (maximum)最多10天 4.4 Hourly Leave (HL) or Short Leave 短暂请假 - Based on OT hour (gained)基于已加班工时 4.5 Festival Leave (FL)节日放假 -As per public holiday按国家安排假期 4.6 Maternity Leave (ML)产假 - 120 days (as required approved)根据申请批准最多120天。 4.1 EARNED LEAVE (EL) 年休假 Earn Leave (EL) is also called Privilege Leave (PL). Traditionally EL is something that one has to earn in the sense that unless he/she works for certain number of days in the company, he/she will not have earned leave at specified rate. These are the leaves which are earned in the previous year and enjoyed in the next year. The company’s principle is to encourages all the employees to apply for earn leave.
