中学生对数学老师四种基本素质的要求 高俊兰 甘玲 车忠纭 李秀锋 四川师范大学数学与软件科学学院、文学院 成都 610068 指导老师:邵利 摘要:教学活动的主体是学生。教师的教学活动若想收到良好的效果,就不得不考虑这样一个问题:学生究竟需要什么样的教师?为了让广大即将走上教育战线的师范生以及在职教师对此问题有个更清醒的认识,本组成员借用实习机会,围绕“学生心目中的教师理想形象”这一课题展开了此次调查。选取数学教师形象的四个典型方面:职业道德,知识结构,课堂技能,教育方法进行调查。本次采用编制调查问卷(附件一),辅以个别访谈的方法开展。首先针对问卷中每个问题进行结果分析和思考,将300名初、高中学生对这四方面的认识与期望的共通性和差异性反映在此报告中;其次将访谈的50名在职数学教师观点陈述在报告中;最后结合我们小组对结果的讨论意见,指出我们的观点和思考。现在的教学是以学生为主体,老师为主导,围绕新课标的标准开展教学,让每一个学生都综合发展的更好。报告中给出了一些具体实施方案供老师和学校领导参考。 关键词:职业道德,知识结构,课堂技能,教育方法,教师发展 Secondary School Math Teacher for Four Basic Requirements of Quality Abstract:The main body of teaching and learning activities for students.
