38m 3液化石油储罐结构工艺及焊接工艺设计
摘 要
液化石油气贮罐是盛装液化石油气的常用设备由于该气体具有易燃易爆的特点因此在设计这种贮罐时要注意与一般气体贮罐的不同点尤其是安全与防火还要注意在制造安装等方面的特点。卧式储罐设计是以应力分析为主要途径,以材料力学为基础,对容器的各个主要受压部分进行设计。其设计的目的主要是确定合理、经济的结构形式,并满足制造、检验、装配、运输和维修等方面要求,设计中主要从强度和刚度两方面进行设计保证容器不因过渡变形而发生泄露失效,最终达到安全可靠的工作性能的要求。该液化石油储罐依据GB150、JB/T4732等设计标准、严格执行TSG R0004-2009《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》的规定,充分考虑节能降耗的要求,基于弹性失效准则,完成对液化石油气储罐的设计;在AUTOCAD中正确绘出装配图;以储罐的 建模,分析储罐整体的 应力,数据显示在人孔接管与壳体连接处发生应力集中,同时经过查阅资料,运用公式也证明了只有人孔接管需要补强;然后对该储罐进行了补强设计。

ABSTRACT
Liquefied petroleum gas storage tank is holding common equipment of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), due to the characteristics of the gas is flammable and explosive, so in the design of the storage tank, to pay attention to the differences and common gas storage tank, especially for security and fire prevention, note also that in the aspect of manufacture, installation, etc.Horizontal tank design is based on stress analysis as the main way, on the basis of mechanics of materials, to design the main compression portion of the container. Its design purpose is mainly to determine the reasonable, economic structure, and satisfy the fabrication, inspection, assembly, transportation and maintenance requirements, mainly from two aspects of strength and stiffness in the design of design to ensure container does not leak due to transition of deformation failure, eventually reached the requirements of safe and reliable work performance.
