XX大学 论文 液压榨油机液压系统及液压缸设计 液压机液压设计 【摘要】液压技术是当前机械工业中普遍采用的传动技术。它是通过能量驱动装置(如液压泵),将原动机(如电动机)的机械能转变为液体的压力能,然后通过封闭的管道、控制元件等,由执行装置(如液压缸、液压马达)将液体的压力能,转变为机械能以驱动负载和实现执行机构所需的直线或旋转运动。作为最典型的液压传动机械,液压机广泛应用于各种压力加工,其中以四柱式液压机最为典型,常用于可塑性材料的压制工艺,如冲压、弯曲、翻边、薄板拉伸等,也可进行校正、压制及粉末制品的压制工艺。液压机液压系统设计的任务是根据液压机的用途、特点和要求,分析液压系统的工况,确定各阶段的速度、位移、负载。然后利用液压传动的基本原理,拟定合理的液压系统原理图,再经过必要的计算确定液压缸、液压泵的主要参数,然后根据这些参数来确定液压元件的规格和进行液压系统的结构设计,最后对整个设计进行相应的校核,使所有的设计均满足设计要求。系统原理图的拟定和液压缸设计是本课题研究的重点。 【关键词】液压技术;液压机;液压系统设计;液压缸 Hydraulic system design and Hydraulic cylinders of hydraulic press [Abstract]Hydraulic technology is widely used as the Transmission technology in machinery industry. It is by energy drive device (Such as Hydraulic pumps), transformed original motivation (such as Electric motors) of machinery into the pressure of liquid, then through the closed pipe, control components and so on. Finally, by the Actuators (such as Hydraulic cylinders, Hydraulic motors), the pressure of the liquid can be transformed into mechanical energy, to required of linear or rotary motion that drive the load and the implementing agencies. As the most typical hydraulic transmission machinery, hydraulic machines are widely used in various pressure processing, with the most typical four-post hydraulic press, commonly used plastic material suppressed craft, such as punching, tensile, bending, flanging,sheetor correction,suppression and pressing technology of powder products. Task is based on the hydraulic design of hydraulic system of hydraulic press machine uses, features and requirements, analysis of operating conditions of the hydraulic system, determine the phase velocity, displacement, load of various stages. After through the necessary calculations to determine the main parameters of the hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic pumps. According to these parameters to determine the specifications of the hydraulic components and the structural design of the hydraulic system. Finally, we should check the
