河 北 工 业 大 学 毕业设计说明书 作 者： 学 号： 学 院： 土木工程学院 系(专业)： 土木工程 题 目： 邯郸市某公司综合办公楼设计 指导者： (姓 名) (专业技术职务) 评阅者： (姓 名) (专业技术职务) 2013年 6 月 3日 毕业设计中文摘要 邯郸市某公司综合办公楼设计 摘要： 本次毕业设计为邯郸市某公司综合办公楼设计，通过设计，可以更好的理解应用所学的知识，为以后更好的学习工作打下良好的基础。建筑设计方面，完成了建筑方案的确定，利用天正绘图软件绘制了建筑平面图、剖面图、立面图、楼梯详图以及外檐详图等；结构设计方面，本工程结构为框架结构，在此期间，完成了结构布置方案，利用pkpm计算软件对结构进行了建模计算。绘制了板配筋施工图、梁配筋施工图、柱配筋施工图以及楼梯配筋详图。对结构计算结果结构进行分析，通过分析得知本工程结构是规则的结构。 关键词：建筑设计 结构设计 框架结构 毕业设计外文摘要 Title The design of the comprehensive office building in Handan Abstract The theme of the design is a comprehensive office building　, The building locates in Handan,and through the design of the office building,I get a better understanding of the knowledge what I have learned,and found a good foundation for my work in the future. During the design, Two construction scheme has been raised frist, then I chose the Between type series one, TARCH software is used to draw the construction drawing. The calculation work of the structure is designed with PKPM software, I also set the structure model and finished the structure reinforcement drawing , Through the design and analysis ,I have further verified the structure of regularity ,and this will do good to the structure for its bearing work and seismic resistance.
