Methods 576 cases of patients with operation in our hospital were randomly divided into test and control group according to whether the optimized processing. Compared the difference among effective inspection equipment, equipment cleaning and disinfection pass rate, the rate of complete ancillary equipment, ready instrument error incidence and satisfaction of doctors, as well as designing the count table of foreign equipment. Results there is obvious difference in optimized processing of traceability administration after compared in two groups（P＜0.05）. The count table of foreign equipment have reduced the workload, improved work efficiency and clarified the responsibilities works. Conclusions Application of traceability administration between optimized processing in foreign surgical equipment and the equipment count table could guarantee the equipment safely hand and ensure operation patients safety, thus reduce the medical risk, improve the nursing quality and satisfaction of doctors. key words operating theater；optimized processing；foreign surgical equipment；count table；traceability administration 外来手术器械分两部分: 一是患者手术所需的特殊器械, 另是手术所需专用配套的可重复使用的基本医疗器械,主要用于骨科手术,外来器械品种多、质量优良、结构与人体解剖相符使用方便等优点,但价格高，现在大部分医院从效益和临床需求出发都采用医疗器械厂家公司租借或免费提供方式使用，但使用中出现了诸多问题，如器械清洗消毒不合格、器械不配套齐全型号规格不全、感染等，而且手术器械在各院之间周转使用频率高、潜在手术感染隐患容易被忽视［1］。我院手术室从 2012年 2 月始根据2009 年卫生部颁布的《医院消毒供应中心第1部分》管理规范中规定: 外来医疗器械应按照W310．2 的规定由消毒供应中心( CSSD)统一清洗、消毒、灭菌，并针对工作中出现的问题不断地优化完善外来器械的管理流程，取得了良好的效果，现介绍如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 临床资料 选择2012年2月－2014年7月在我院行手术治疗的576台手术患者的外来器械随机分为两组，各288台器械,将常规流程作为对照组，优
