母乳喂养与微生态制剂对住院早产儿的影响 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT IV 摘要 早产儿的生长发育受环境、遗传、营养、疾病等多种因素影响，喂养方式是影响早产儿生长发育的最重要因素之一。合理的营养是保证早产儿正常生长发育的基础，喂养方法不当，不仅会引起生长发育迟缓，还将影响智力发育。随着社会进步与人民生活水平的提高，养育一个体质强壮，智商高的孩子成为更多年轻父母的希望，也成为社会关注的一个重要话题。 本文通过对母乳喂养儿与微生态制剂喂养儿发育状况的调查分析，了解微生态制剂喂养对婴幼儿生长发育和心理发展的影响，为加强哺乳期健康教育效果，提高母乳喂养率、减少早产儿营养障碍性疾病的发生提供依据。选择2010年2月-2012年7月在中山大学第三附属医院分娩的早产儿案例，并定期在儿童保健门诊接受系统呵护管理的0～72周岁的早产儿为观察对象，依??喂养方式分为母乳喂养组和微生态制剂喂养组。共得到有效调查对象412名，其中母乳喂养239名，人工喂养173名。采用问卷调查和实际测量相结合的方式对研究对象的生长发育、常见疾病患病情况进行调查，并利用丹佛检验对早产儿进行心理发展状况的调查。 关键词：母乳喂养；微生态制剂；形体发育；心理发展 Abstract The growth and development of premature infants affected by genetic, nutrition, influence of various factors such as environment, disease, feeding is one of the most important factors affecting the growth and development of premature infants.
