PAGE  PAGE 43 A国有商业银行薪酬体系构建研究 摘 要 全球金融危机中,包括雷曼兄弟在内的不少美国大金融机构倒闭,引起了人们对银行业薪酬激励体系设计的关注,银行业薪酬激励逐渐演变成热点问题。虽然,国内外学者对人员薪酬激励的研究已取得一定的成效,其研究内容主要包括薪酬与公司绩效、薪酬激励的影响因素、股权激励以及高管薪酬激励支付形式的研究等。然而,针对当前复杂经济条件,商业银行薪酬与激励的系统却仍然岌岌可危。 本文在一定的薪酬与激励理论基础上,总结归纳国内外学者对薪酬激励的研究,根据我国国有商业银行的现状,对商业银行薪酬与激励问题进行了更加深入的研究。在本文研究中,我主要采取的是理论分析与实际相结合的方法。通过查阅文献资料,对有关薪酬理论的研究,对照A国有商业银行薪酬体系现状,剖析其存在的问题,结合工作实践,力图从相关薪酬理论出发,构建A国有商业银行公平、高效的薪酬体系,为完善公司薪酬分配制度提供借鉴与参考。 现阶段,金融竞争在很大程度上就是金融人才的竞争。我国商业银行与国外银行的竞争主要是人才的争夺,这实质上是一个劳动报酬即分配制度问题。如果不能在劳动报酬分配制度上有重大突破,则很难留住人才。如何打造吸引人才,留住人才的良好环境,树立竞争优势,良好的薪酬体系扮演着重要的角色。 关键词:商业银行;薪酬体系;薪酬管理;人力资源 Abstract The global financial crisis, including Lehman Brothers, including many large U.S. financial institutions to collapse, the banking industry raises the concern of system design of incentive pay, incentive pay and gradually evolving into the banking industry hot topics.
