摘 要
S7系列变压器是1980年后推出的变压器,其效率较SJ?SJL?SL?SL1系列的变压器高,其负载损耗也较高?80年代中期又设计生产出S9系列变压器,空载损耗较S7系列平均降低8%,负载损耗平均降低24%?非晶合金铁芯变压器SH15系列的空载损耗较S9系列降低75%左右,但其价格仅比S9系列平均高出30%,因此本文探讨了非晶合金材料特性以及非晶合金变压器的发展现状、结构特点、节能效果,描述了非晶合金变压器设计方案:(1)非晶合金变压器的电磁参数设计即磁密的选取方法,绕组联结组别的确定,电压和电流、铁心叠厚、高低压绕组匝数的计算;(2)结构参数设计即铁心尺寸及绕组轴向、辐向尺寸的计算及绝缘结构设计;(3)性能设计即空载损耗及空载电流计算、负载损耗计算等。经过ansoft maxwell仿真软件验证所设计SH15-500/10-0.4非晶合金变压器的正确性。

Design of Amorphous Alloy Transformer
S7 transformer is introduced after 1980, whose efficiency and load loss are both higher than SJ, SJL, SL and so on. In the middle of 1980s the S9 series transformer is designed, whose non-load loss and load loss are both lower than the S7 series transformer’s. The non-load loss of the amorphous alloy iron core transformer SH15 is reduced by 75% comparing the S9 series transformer, but its price is higher than S9 series. Amorphous alloy material properties were introduced in this paper, so as the development of the amorphous alloy transformer status, the structure characteristics and energy-saving effect of the amorphous alloy, it also described the design method of the amorphous alloy transformer: The first, the electromagnetic parameter design of the amorphous alloy transformer namely the method of choosing the flux density, the determination of winding connection group, the Calculation of the voltage and current ,the core thickness and the high and low voltage winding circle number. The second, the structural parameter design namely the calculation of the axial, radial size of the core and winding structure and the insulation structure design. The third, performance design namely the calculation of the no-load loss and no-load current, load loss, etc. Through the ansoft maxwell simulation, the SH15-500/10-0.4 transformer we design in this paper is testified correct.
