新版《投资清远》文字稿市长致辞Address by Mayor “产业转移,首选清远” ,这不是一句广告词。 Qingyuan is preferred for industrial transfer is a slogan. 清远是承接珠三角产业转移最早和最多的地区。清远具有得天独厚的区位优势,紧邻广佛大都市圈,是广东辐射内地市场的经济走廊,也是全省区位条件最优越的山区市。建市二十多年来,我市抢抓机遇,改革创新,开拓进取,实现了经济社会的跨越式发展,从邻近珠三角的发展 “寒极” ,一跃成为投资的 “热土” ,迈进了全国综合实力百强市和全省十大工业市行列。尤其是近年来,在全省公布的八项主要经济指标中,我市取得了四项以上指标增幅全省第一、六项主要经济指标总量排在全省山区市首位的辉煌业绩。近五年来,我市新引进投资项目达3000多个,合同投资金额超过2500亿元。现任台湾海基会董事长江炳坤先生支持台商投资广东、留在广东,向国台办提出在清远设立 “台资企业产业转移园” 的愿望。事实证明:今天的清远,活力十足;未来的发展还将会进一步证明:清远,潜力无限!正如中央政治局委员、广东省委书记汪洋充分肯定清远抵御金融危机的骄人表现所指出的那样:清远 “经济发展逆市飘红,一枝独秀,一路领先,势头良好” 。 Qingyuan is the first region to undertake the most industrial transfer in the Pearl River Delta. Near Guangzhou-Foshan Metropolitan Circle, it has an advantaged location. It is an economic corridor affecting inland market in Guangdong province, and also a city in mountainous region with the most advantageous location condition in the province. For more than two decades since its establishment, Qingyuan seizes the opportunity to reform and forge ahead, finally achieves a leap-over development of economy and society. It becomes a potential land for investment from a “poor land” adjacent to the Pearl River Delta, and becomes one of the national top hundred cities with comprehensive strength and provincial top ten industrial cities, especially in recent years, among the eight major economic indicators announced by Guangdong province, Qingyuan’s growth range of more than four indicators ranks first, and six major economic indicators also ranks first among cities in the mountainous region of the province. Over the past five years, Qingyuan has introduced more than 3,000 new investment projects, with contract amount of more than RMB 250 billion. Mr. Chiang Pin-kung (the current chairman of Taiwans Straits Exchange Foundation) supports Taiwan’s businessmen to invest in Guangdong, and submits a proposal to the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council about establishing a Taiwan-funded Enterprises Industrial Transfer Park.
