西安文理学院机械电子工程系 本科毕业设计（论文） 题 目 基于JDPaint浮雕曲面零件 设计及仿真加工和编程 专业班级 08机电2班 学 号 08102080237 学生姓名 路 娜 指导教师 贾 仲 义 设计所在单位 西安文理学院 2012年 5月 基于JDPaint浮雕曲面零件设计及仿真加工 摘要： 雕刻这一行业，伴随着人类社会的发展而发展，传统的手工雕刻取决于雕刻人员的经验技巧，所以雕刻技能的继承性比较差。近几年，由于计算机技术、信息技术、自动化技术的发展，出现了计算机数控雕刻技术（简称CNC雕刻技术）和计算机数控雕刻机（简称CNC雕刻机）。 本论文介绍了JDPaint软件浮雕设计和数控加工模块的功能特点，并以校徽为例，阐述了利用该系统进行工艺品加工的总体工艺流程，并对路径间距、吃刀深度、侧边余量、底边余量等关键工艺参数给出了较为合理的参考值。研究实例表明，JDPaint软件系统，可以为曲面复杂的小型工艺品加工提供经济高效的解决方案。 关键词：JDPaint CNC 浮雕设计 Based on JDPaint relief curved surface components design and simulation processing and programming Abstract： Carving profession is developed as human society’s development .Because traditional manual carving is determined by carving personnel’s skill, the carving technique succession is quite bad. In recent years, as a result of the computer technology, the information technology and automated technology’s development, the computer numerical control carving technology (i.e. CNC carving technology) and the computer numerical control engraving machine (the i.e. CNC engraving machine) is presented. In this paper, function of JDPaint CAD/CAM System was introduced firstly, processing method was then explained with our school badge as an example. Appropriate value was recommended for some key processing parameters such as path interval、cutting depth、bottom allowance、side allowance. The example show that JDPaint can provide an effective and economical way for manufacturing mold electrode with complex surface.
