Upkeep the cleanliness of the cashier area and the cashiering equipment. Assist in answering all telephone calls and taking reservations. Follow Outlet Food Beverage Cashiering Standards Procedures. Ensure that all cashier register operations and procedures are adhered to. Uphold of cashier float. Waves Pan-Asian: All checks opened and posted by Service Associates, while closed by Cashier. Vista Lounge/Loong Bar/Pool Bar/Executive Club Lounge/IRD/Banquets: Service Associates (For Banquets - Function-in-charge) who are assigned to function as Cashier will be responsible for opening, posting and closing of all checks. Any postings and closings must be processed immediately upon placing order or bill settlement; therefore all dockets must be kept current at all times. Upon receipt of Starwood Privilege Card, card details must be imprinted on FB dockets. Retaining SPC on behalf of any guests is prohibited under no circumstances. Any void check or discount check must be handled by outlet manager or his designee with Infrasys Manager Card and signed on the docket. Under no circumstances would the Infrasys Manager Card be available to Cashier. Cashier must frequently verify the number of tables being occupied with the number of unclosed checks and report to Shift Leader or Outlet Manager for any variances. If required, Shift Leaders or Outlet Managers should report to Finance Department and Security for further investigation if there is a potential fraud. All government official receipts (Fa Piao) must be issued by cashier with their amounts and numbers written down on FB Checks.
