上消化道出血的论文 69例上消化道出血的护理体会 【摘要】 目的 探讨上消化道出血的护理方法。方法 分析我院收治的69例患者，通过对出血、休克、药物、心理等护理进行总结。结果 69例患者治愈50例,好转17例,转外科手术1例,病情恶化及死亡1例，治愈率为72.4%。结论 正确的治疗和良好的护理，可避免并发症的发生，提高临床治愈率，降低死亡率，提高患者的生命生活质量。 　　【关键词】 上消化道出血；护理 　　 　　上消化道出血是临床内科常见的病症，如处理不及时可直接威胁患者生命［1］。及时有效的护理可以促进病情的好转、减少出血时间和次数。我院对上消化道出血患者进行有效的护理，取得良好的经验，先将护理体会总结如下。 　　1 临床资料 　　1.1 一般资料 我院自2007年11月至2009年10月共收治上消化道出血患者69例，其中男41例，女28例，年龄23~79岁，平均53.6岁。肝硬化39例，急性胃黏膜病变7例，消化性溃疡19例，消化系肿瘤4例，均出现不同程度的发热、乏力、呕血、便血和休克症状。 　　 the principle of simplified EIA of construction projects in the region.
