重型道路货运车辆碳排放特性研究

摘要:以重型货运车辆为研究对象,研究车辆碳排放与车速、装载率、货运周转量等的关系。选取20辆重型货运车辆,通过油耗测试装置与GPS装置等方法采集了连续6个月的油耗、行驶里程、平均速度、货运周转量等数据,利用碳平衡原理法计算出车辆的CO2e排放因子,得出了车速的分布规律与装载率分布规律,发现重型货运车辆行驶速度主要分布在50-70km/h范围内,时间占比达到67.2%,重型货运车辆装载率在0.4-0.8之间的占比达到75.25%,货运周转量范围在10 -40(104t(km之间,重型货运车辆排放因子主要分布在1000—1200,平均为1120,平均吨公里CO2e排放因子为52。研究得出了装载率与CO2e排放因子的拟合关系式。车速提高CO2e排放降低,装载率自0.2提高到1.0,CO2e排放因子降低70%以上,货运周转量提高,CO2e排放减少。

of heavy duty freight trucks

ABSTRACT: This paper studied the relationship between carbon emissions of heavy duty freight trucks and vehicle speed, loading rate, rotation volume of goods transport. Total of 20 heavy duty long-distance freight trucks was monitored the fuel consumption, running mileage, vehicle speed, loads and rotation volume of goods transport for six months continuously by fuel consumption test devices,GPS device,etc.. The carbon emission index CO2e was calculated by fuel consumption according to carbon balance principle. And it was analyzed the distribution of vehicle speed and loading rate, and found the speed was mainly in the interval of 50-70 km/h, which took up 67.2% of the whole time, loading rate from 0.4 to 0.8 took up 75.25%. Rotation volume of goods transport was in the interval of 10- 40×104t(km. CO2e emission index was 1000~1200g/km, the average value was 1120g/km, and average ton kilometer emission index was 52g/t(km. The paper showed the fitting formulas between CO2e emission index and loading rate . It is concluded that CO2e emission index decreased with the increase of vehicle speed and rotation volume of goods transport, and decreased 70% at least with the increases of loading rate from 0.2 to 1.0.
