HLD-800触摸屏控制系统 The operating system by HLD-800 touch screen 使 用 说 明 书 （横切，裁切系列） Instruction Book (On transection trimming) 无锡市海利达自动化仪器厂 Wuxi Hailida Automated Instrument Plant 一．概述 Overview HLD-800控制系统为全数字触摸式控制系统,该系统采用高性能ARM芯片.7寸液晶显示屏.触摸屏及开关电源等 高数字化产品。外观独特，界面新颖，操作简单，抗干扰能力极强。现已广泛用于塑料制袋机、横切机、全自动 无纺布制袋机.全自动编织袋制袋机、圆织机等领域。 The HLD-800 operating system is a digital system by touch screen, which adopts high-performance ARM chips, 7-inch LCDs, touch screens, power supplys and so on. 本系统输入16个点（包括2路高速测速端口），输出16个点，外加模拟量4路输出。可控主机（变频器），送料 伺服电机(步进电机)，放料直流电机（三相异步电机），实现真正意义上的三个电机机同步。即全自动加速功能， 主机速度和后放料速度数据同时换算后速度自动分配。 This system has 16 inputs (including 2 high-speed measurement ports), 16 outputs and the analog quantity of 4 outputs. The three motors of the contronllable main engine (the transducer), the feeding servo motor (the stepping motor) and the emptying DC motor (the triphased asynchronous motor) can be synchronized. 二．进入界面 Entering English/中文：中文和英文界面切换按键。English/Chinese: The language switchover between Chinese and English 进入：按此键进入主界面 Enter: press this key to enter the main system 三．主界面 The main interface 个数：单批次累计到一批个数结束时,个数自动归零；按“个数”键清零清个数。 Count: When each batch is added up to a final number, the number will return to zero.
