电子科学与技术 专业本科培养方案 Undergraduate Program for Specialty in Electronic Science and Technology 一、培养目标 本专业培养具有物理电子、光电子、微电子学和电子材料与元器件领域内宽厚的理论基础,实验能力和专业知识,能在该领域内从事各种电子材料、元器件、集成电路乃至集成电子系统和光电子系统的设计、制造,并能从事相应的新产品、新技术、新工艺的研究和开发等工作的高级工程技术人才。 This programme is aiming at cultivating the senior engineering talents with a knowledge and understanding of the basic theories in physics electronics, photoelectronics, microelectronics, electronic material and device, with a command of discipline-based knowledge and experimental skills, with the capacity for designing and manufacturing a variety of electronic materials, devices. integrate circuit as well as integrate circuit electronic system and photoelectronic system., and with the ability to undertake the research and development of new products, technology and technics in related domain. 二、基本规格要求 Ⅱ.
