WHAT could we find in the E.T.S.? WHO is concerned by the E.T.S.? WHEN and WHERE Pilot sessions will run? HOW the ENETRAP Training Scheme (E.T.S.) has been established? By taking as a basis the Euratom Directive (96/29) and associated text, along with the existing syllabi of the IAEA, ERPC, M2RP. European syllabus indicates topics to be taught but not the course duration. On the basis of the results of the different ENETRAP WP and the feed back experience of the ERPC. With the aim of harmonizing the training dispensed through out Europe because of the report of a large diversity of approaches for training. Use of new modalities of ET (e.g. e-learning, webcasting...) The training is planned to be in a classroom environment (presential-F2F) but it is necessary to explore the possibilities of distance learning (Results of Work Package # 5 - Part of Module 1 as an experimentation) Historic approach on the different programs WHAT could we find in the E.T.S.? Modular approach for ENETRAP Training Scheme linked with learning objectives. 3 modules for common basis and 5 specific modules (option) The specific modules correspond to a particular field of activities. More flexibility to compose their own training in respect of ENETRAP training Scheme in order to become Qualified Expert - Customisation of professional curricula Integration of a period of On-the-Job Training Following the ENETRAP questionnaire, consequent demand exists in the medical field for training not necessity for this population to know the nuclear fuel cycle!
