Employees from band 4 to band 6 of the hotel, 12 working days, annual leave will increase by service years but can not exceed 15 working days; Employees from band 7 to band 10 of the hotel 7 working days, annual leave will increase by service years but can not exceed 15 working days 依据酒店组织结构图中职位等级,1-3级员工,在酒店连续工作10年以上可享受25天工作日有薪 年假;10年以下可享受20天工作日有薪年假。4-6级员工,10年以下可享受12天工作日有薪年假,每满一年增加一个工作日年休假最多不超过15个工作日年休假。7-10级员工,在酒店工作满一年后可以享受7个工作日年休假,每满一年增加一个工作日年休假最多不超过12个工作日年休假。 According to the Workers paid annual leave regulations, working period accumulate total beyond 10 years( include 10 years) under 20 years, should take 10 working days paid annual leave; working period accumulate 20 years should take 15 working days paid annual leaves. Employees from band 4 to band 10 working periods more than 10 year and 20 years will take their paid annual leaves as regulation indicates or will follow hotel policy. Working period refer to employee’s insurance paid years. 国家《职工带薪年休假条例》规定:累计工作已满10年不满20年的,年休假10天;已满20年的,年休假15天。国家法定休假日、休息日不计入年休假的假期。Trainees, temporary, casual and probationary employees are not entitled
