The tale of two cities ----Wuhan and Changsha Wuhan VS Changsha The location of Wuhan and Changsha Both Wuhan and Changsha are in the central part of China. The Dongting Lake divides the area into two parts, the north one is Hubei province, the south one is Hunan province. Wuhan is the capital of Hubei province while Changsha is the capital of Hunan province. The distance from Wuhan to Changsha is about 362KM by train. They are the two important intersections in the “Jing Guang Line”. Changsha,capital of hunan,is the political,economic and cultural center of the whole province.
