1. 目的 Purpose These guidelines are intended to support the implementation of the Alcohol and Drug Use Policy. 本规定特指酒精和国家管制的精神或麻醉药物(在本文中简称“管制药物”),但也适用于可导致降低行为能力的任何药物的滥用。 While the guidelines refer specifically to alcohol and narcotics or mental impacting drugs for which there are regulations from the PRC authorities (called here regulated drugs), they are intended to apply to any form of impairment causing substance abuse. 2. 目标 Objectives 为所有员工提供一个安全、高效和多产的工作环境。 Provide a safe, efficient, and productive workplace for all employees. 为实现该目标,公司工作环境应远离酒精和药物危害。 To that end the work environment shall be alcohol and drug free. 为确保工作环境远离酒精和药物危害,公司可采取必要措施,如:随机测试、增强意识计划和公司赞助的健康咨询计划,其中包括就获取酒精和/或药物依赖的治疗和康复提供必威体育官网网址协助。 The company may take steps needed to help ensure an alcohol and drug free work environment; such as random testing, awareness programs, company sponsored health advisory programs, which include confidential assistance in securing treatment and rehabilitation for alcohol and/or drug dependency. 政策要点Policy Elements 严禁在公司或业务场所滥用合法药物、违法药物、非处方药或其他可导致行为能力下降的药物。 The misuse of legitimate drugs, illicit or un-prescribed drugs or the misuse of other impairment causing substances on company business or company premises is strictly prohibited. 严禁在公司范围内拥有、使用、散布或销售国家管制药物,酒精饮品。 Possession, use, distribution, or sale of alcoholic drinks, regulated drugs on FREP premises is strictly prohibited严禁发生因使用酒精药物而不能正常工作的行为。 Being unfit for work because of use of alcohol, drugs, or other impairment causing substances is strictly prohibited. 酒精药物测试为阳性即表明不适合工作。针对违反《酒精药物政策》的纪律处分取决于个案的具体情形;但是,严重违规通常将被解除劳动合同。 A positive alcohol or drug test is evidence of being unfit for work. Discipline for violation of Alcohol and Drug Use Policy is determined on a case by case basis; however, a major violationl be considered as a severe violation of company rules as stipulated in the 2nd term of article 39 in the Employment Contract Law and will normally result in termination. 3. 适用范围Application 适用于为公司
