This condition may be a Temporary Threshold Shift TTS or a Permanent Threshold Shift PTS . 采取措施级别－暴露在85dB噪声中，产生慢性反应的时间加权平均值的量。 Action Level – Exposure to an equivalent time weighted average of 85-dBA measure on slow response. 职责Responsibilities 4.1 受控承包商的惯用做法至少要满足或超过第5节和附件所规定的要求，受控承包商应根据要求对工作进行管理和监督。 MANAGED CONTRACTOR’s practices as a minimum shall meet or exceed the requirements specified in Section 5 and Attachments, and MANAGED CONTRACTOR shall manage and supervise the work in accordance with the requirements. 4.2 业主或者业主代表将根据第5节和附件所规定的要求对受控承包商的符合性进行监督、检查和审核，业主或业主代表有权要求受控承包商按照缺陷通知书进行整改。 MANAGED CONTRACTOR’s conformance with the requirements specified in Section 5 and Attachments shall be subject to monitor, inspection and audit by Owner or Owner’s representative, and Owner or Owner’s representative shall have the right to require MANAGED CONTRACTOR to correct any deficiencies upon notificatio
