Arrangement for medical services and facilities on site will be advised by Owner or Owner’s Representative. 定义Definitions 设备－用来进行急救的家具、装置和房间。 Equipment - The apparatus of the first aid facility. 补给－进行急救所需要的消耗品和器具。 Supplies - The expendable and reusable items required to administer first aid care. 急救－在持证医生到达之前，提供稳定病情或伤情防止病情或伤情加重的服务。 First Aid – Is a service provided to stabilize ill or injured person between the event and medical help by licensed physician arrived. 职责Responsibilities 4.1 受控承包商的惯用做法至少要满足或超过第5节和附件所规定的要求，受控承包商应根据要求对工作进行管理和监督。 MANAGED CONTRACTOR’s practices as a minimum shall meet or exceed the requirements specified in Section 5 and Attachments, and MANAGED CONTRACTOR shall manage and supervise the work in accordance with the requirements. 4.2 业主或者业主代表将根据第5节和附件所规定的要求对受控承包商的符合性进行监督、检查和审核，业主或者业主代表有权要求受控承包商按照缺陷通知书进行整改。MANAGED CONTRACTOR’s conformance with the requirements specified in Section 5 and Attachments shall be subject to monitor, inspection and audit by Owner or Owner’s Representative, and Owner or Owner’s Representative shall have the right to require MANAGED CONTRACTOR to correct any deficiencies upon notification. 承包商施工经理－负责本程序的实施。 The Contractor’s Site Construction Manger—is responsible for implementing and enforcing this procedure. 承包商项目HSE经理－负责监督本程序的执行。 The Contractor’s Project HSE Manager—is responsible for moni
