福建项目ROJECT CONSTRUCTION 安全使用梯子程序 LADDERS PROCEDURE 文件编号DOCUMENT NUMBER: -04-HSE-2005  安全使用梯子程序 LADDERS PROCEDURE 目 录 TABLE OF CONTENTS 编号No. 页码Page 1.0 目的PURPOSE 3 2.0 范围SCOPE 3 3.0 定义DEFINITIONS 3 4.0 职责RESPONSIBILITIES 3 5.0 指导INSTRUCTIONS 3 6.0 参考文件REFERENCES 9 7.0 附件ATTACHMENTS 10  1.0目的Purpose 此程序提出了梯子挑选、施工、维修、检查和使用的最低要求。 This Procedure provides the minimum requirements for selecting, constructing, maintaining, inspecting, and using ladders. 2.0范围Scope 2.1 此程序适用于项目梯子挑选、施工、维修、检查和使用。 This procedure is applicable for selecting, constructing, maintaining, inspecting, and using ladders in FREP project. 3.0定义Definitions 无 None 4.0职责Responsibilities 4.1受控承包商的惯用做法至少要满足或超过第5节和附件所规定的要求，受控承包商应根据要求对工作进行管理和监督。 MANAGED CONTRACTOR’s practices as a minimum shall meet or exceed the requirements specified in Section 5 and Attachments, and MANAGED CONTRACTOR shall manage and supervise the work in accordance with the requirements. 4.2业主和业主代表人员将根据第5节和附件所规定的要求对受控承包商的符合性进行监督、检查和审核，业主和业主代表有权要求受控承包商按照缺陷通知书进行整改。 MANAGED CONTRACTOR’s conformance with the requirements specified in Section 5 and Attachments shall be subject to monitor, inspection and audit by Owner and Owner’s representative personnel, and Owner and Owner’s representative shall have the right to require MANAGED CONTRACTOR to correct any deficiencies upon notification. 5.0指导Instructions 5.1 梯子挑选Ladder Selection 5.1.1挑选梯子时应考虑梯子所用的正确尺寸和设计 Great care should be taken in selecting the proper size and design of the ladder for the use intended. 5.1.2梯子每个踏板应该是防滑表面 Ladders shall have non-skid surfaces on each cleat. 5.1.3子能支撑所载物的四倍。 Ladders shall be capable of supporting four times their intended load. 5.2 直梯子Straight Ladders 5.2.1梯子应有足够延伸长度，伸出所用平台或楼梯平台不少于1米。 Ladders must be of sufficient length to extend not less than 1m above any platform or landing, which they serve. 5
