福建项目ROJECT CONSTRUCTION 个人防护用品程序 PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT PROCEDURE 文件编号DOCUMENT NUMBER: FREP-04--2030  个人防护用品程序 PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT PROCEDURE 目录Table of Contents 编号NO. 页码page 1.0 目的PURPOSE 3 2.0 范围SCOPE 3 3.0 定义 DEFINITION 3 4.0 职责 RESPONSIBILITY 3 5.0 指导说明INSTRUCTIONS 3 6.0 参考资料 Reference 5 7.0 附件 ATTACHMENT 5  目的Purpose 本程序规定了在危险条件下使用个人防护用品的要求，以降低员工、参观者或分包商的风险。 This Procedure provides the requirements for the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment wherever a hazardous condition exists and a need is indicated for using such equipment to adequately reduce the hazard to personnel, visitors, and/or subcontractors. 范围Scope 本程序适用于项员工、参观者或分包商。 This procedure is applicable for personnel, visitors, and/or subcontractors in FREP roject in the use of Personal Protective Equipment. 定义Definitions 个人防护用品（PPE）Personal Protective Equipment - PPE 职责 Responsibility 4.1 受控承包商的惯用做法至少要满足或超过第5节和附件所规定的要求，受控承包商应根据要求对工作进行管理和监督。 MANAGED CONTRACTOR’s practices as a minimum shall meet or exceed the requirements specified in Section 5 and Attachments, and MANAGED CONTRACTOR shall manage and supervise the work in accordance with the requirements. 4.2 业主或业主代表人员将根据第5节和附件所规定的要求对受控承包商的符合性进行监督、检查和审核，业主或业主代表有权要求受控承包商按照整改通知书进行整改。 MANAGED CONTRACTOR’s conformance with the requirements specified in Section 5 and Attachments shall be subject to monitor, inspection and audit by Owner or Owner’s Representative, and Owner or Owner’s Representative shall have the right to require MANAGED CONTRACTOR to correct any deficiencies upon notification. 指导说明INSTRUCTIONS 要求Requirements 所有个人防护用品的选择和使用必须得到本公司的批准，包括公司员工、参观者和分包商所使用的个人防护用品。只有经过批准的个人防护用品方允许在现场使用。不遵守本程序者将受到处罚（最高处罚可为开除）。 The Owner or Owner’s Representative reserves the right to select and/or approve all Personal Protective Equipment to be issued and used by its employees, visitors, and contractors. Only such equipment issued or approved will be allowed on its jobsites. F
