优质护理在减轻特发性脊柱侧弯术后疼痛的效果及对护理满意度的影响 　　摘要：目的 探讨优质护理对特发性脊柱侧弯患者术后疼痛和护理满意度的影响。方法 抽取58例特发性脊柱侧弯患者随机均分为对照组和实验组。对照组采取脊柱外科常规护理。实验组在除脊柱外科常规护理外，采取优质护理，护士对患者进行责任制整体护理，对患者实施情绪干预、认知干预、健康教育等护理服务。术后采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）进行疼痛评分及对护理人员的满意度评分，分别于术后10h、术后第1～4d连续评分5次。评估两组患者的疼痛感，比较两组术后疼痛程度，制作调查问卷，在患者出院前对其进行护理满意度调查。结果 术后 10h 后两组疼痛程度差别不明显，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。术后24、48、72、96h，实验组疼痛程度评分明显低于对照组（P0.05）。实验组患者对健康教育的满意度（88.0%）明显高于对照组（53.0%），两组比较，差异有统计学意义。结论 对特发性脊柱侧弯患者实施优质护理能明显减轻术后疼痛，提高患者对护理工作的满意度。 　　关键词：优质护理；特发性脊柱侧弯；护理满意度；疼痛程度 　　Abstract：Objective Diicusses Dthe hgh quality nursing care of postoperative pain in patients with idiopathic and the influence of nursing satisfaction. Methods Extraction of 58 cases idiopathic scoliosis patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group take the spine surgery routine nursing.Experimetal group in the world outine nursing，take good care，nurses for Responsibility system，holistic nursing care intervention for patients with the Mood，cognitive intervention，health education and nursing services.By using visual Analogue scale（VAS） for postoperative pain score and satisfaction scores of nursing Staff，in10h after operation，postoperative1～4d scoring five times I a row.
