浅谈制动防抱死系统设计 毕业设计精品.doc

摘 要 在汽车ABS制动防抱死系统出现之前，汽车所用的都是开环制动系统。其特点是制动器制动力大小仅与驾驶员的操纵力、制动力的分配调节以及制动器的尺寸和型式有关。由于没有车轮运动状况的反馈信号，无法测知车轮在制动过程中车轮的速度和抱死情况，汽车就不能据此调节轮缸的制动压力大小。因此在制动过程中，不可避免的发生车轮抱死在路面拖划的现象，如果前轮先抱死，汽车将会失去转向能力；如果后轮先抱死，汽车有可能出现侧滑甚至掉头的危险。为了防止制动时车轮被抱死后汽车在路面上进行纯粹的滑移，提高汽车在制动过程中的转向操纵能力和方向稳定性，缩短制动距离，在汽车制动系统中加入了制动防抱死系统，即ABS制动防抱死系统。 ABS制动防抱死系统是一种具有防滑、防锁死等优点的汽车安全控制系统现代汽车上大量安装防抱死制动系统，ABS既有普通制动系统的制动功能，又能防止车轮锁死，使汽车在制动状态下仍能转向，保证汽车的制动方向稳定性，防止产生侧滑和跑偏，是目前汽车上最先进、制动效果最佳的制动装置。ABSTRACT In automobile ABS braking antilock brake systems there before the car is used open loop brake system.
