江苏南部农村居民急性生产性农药中毒的现况调查 丁道正1，涂志斌2，钱娟1，张徐军2，王峻涛1 【摘要】 目的 了解江苏南部农村居民的急性生产性农药中毒情况和影响因素。方法 采用分层整群随机抽样的方法，在江苏南部抽取三个村庄共1380名农村居民进行现场问卷调查。EpiData 3.1软件建立数据库，用SPSS 16.0软件进行多因素非条件logistic回归分析。结果 三个村庄农村居民的急性生产性农药中毒率为8.4%；性别、年龄、喷洒农药前不阅读标签、药械滴漏、用手擦汗、打药时身体受污染以及身体感到不适仍继续打药是急性生产性农药中毒的影响因素；使用农药中的危险行为得分与急性生产性农药中毒之间存在剂量-反应关系。结论 急性生产性农药中毒发生率较高，使用农药中的危险行为越多，发生急性生产性农药中毒的可能性越大。 【关键字】 生产性农药中毒；农民；危险行为；生产性中毒 A cross-sectional study of work-related acute pesticide poisoning among farmers in the southern of Jiangsu Province 【Abstract】 Objective To explore the regular characteristics and the risk factors of work-related acute pesticide poisoning among farmers of Jiangsu Province. Methods Stratified cluster sampling was used to investigate 1380 famers with questionnaire from the three rural areas in the southern of Jiangsu Province. The database was set up by Epi Data, and SPSS 16.0 software was used for the data multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis. Results The rate of work-related acute pesticide poisoning among the farmers was 8.4%. The factors of work-related acute pesticide poisoning included gender, age, no read labels before praying pesticides, using leaking knapsack during application, wiping the sweat by hand during application, the body contaminated during application and continuing to work when feeling ill from pesticides. A dose-response relationship had been demonstrated between the scores of risk behaviors and work-related acute pesticide poisoning.
