西安文理学院机械电子工程系 本科毕业设计（论文） 题 目 典型零件挚子的加工 专业班级 机械设计制造及其自动化 学 号 08102070101 学生姓名 吴清乐 指导教师 田 浩 任可明 设计所在单位 西安文理学院 2011年 5月 典型零件挚子的加工 摘要: 挚子零件是在工程中用于合闸保持，分闸保持的开关式零件。随着机械工业的发展，挚子的需求量也日益增大，这就要求工厂能以更低的成本、更好的质量进行大批量生产，在保证经济效益的同时满足工业对该产品的需求。 该零件是一种非回转体异形件，没有可用的标准夹具，所以，在生产之前需要对其设计特殊夹具以满足其外形要求。此外，机床夹具在机械加工中起着重要的作用，它直接影响机械加工的质量、生产率和生产成本以及工人的劳动强度为保证被加工的必要的精度，根据材料、轮廓形状、加工精度等选用合适的机床，指定加工方案，确定零件的加工顺序、各工序所有刀具和夹具、切削用量等。 关键字：数控床 专用夹具 Machining of Typical Pawl Abstract: Pawls are used in the project for closing and opening the switch. With the development of machinery industry, the demand for pawl is growing, which requires factories go lower cost and better quality into mass production, while ensuring economic benefits to meet the industry demand for this product . Pawl is a non-rotating shaped as special workpieces, there is no available standard fixture, so it needs to design a special fixture before production to meet the requirements of its shape. Moreover, the machining fixture plays an important role, it affects the machining quality, productivity and production costs and labor intensity directly . To ensure the precision of the necessary parts to be machined, choose right machine according to the material, shapes, and machining precision of the workpiece. Appropriate choice of precision machine tools, specify the processing program to determine the machining sequence, the process for all tools , fixtures, and cutting dosages etc. Before process designing, fist to know that the difficulty of machining, the arc in side surface, chamfer in the head and middle, slots and step surface in the tail.
